Terms and conditions for purchase, payment and delivery at iMagen AB’s web shop (rev. Nov 2019)

iMagen AB (SE556809-528401) reserves the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of this Terms and conditions for purchase, payment and delivery each time you use the web shop. We make reservations for errors, changes and typos on our website, in adverts and other forms of media.

 

1) Pricing

Prices displayed on iMagen AB’s website are Swedish krona (SEK) and include 12 % sales tax for orders in Sweden and Scandinavia. Free postage included for orders in Sweden (if nothing else has been agreed upon between iMagen AB and the individual customer) and flat rate shipping 50 SEK to Finland, Norway and Denmark.

We reserve the right to make price adjustments without prior notice due to changes by suppliers, currency rates and other phenomena that are beyond our control.

2) Orders via the internet

When you have confirmed your order online you have also agreed to the terms and conditions herein and placed a binding order. In eventuality of any questions regarding your order we reserve the right to contact you via telephone or email to confirm your order.

3) Customer database

At time of order, you enter you correct information to your address of registration- in doing so you agree that your information is processed and stored in our customer database. All of the information provided is processed only to fulfil placed orders.iMagen AB will not pass the given information on. Note that when using Payson’s services Payson’s own terms and conditions apply. (See the separate section on Payson payments further down on this page.)

4) Methods of payment

4.1 In Sweden

We offer the payment method “PaysonFaktura” in collaboration with Payson AB.

Payment terms are 14 days. To order by invoice you must be over 18 years old and be registered in Sweden, and approved in the credit assessment carried out at purchase. The invoice will be sent separately by email to the email address you specify at time of purchase. If payment is over due we will send you a reminder including a reminder fee of currently 60 SEK which will be added. We charge default interest of 2% per month from the due date. In case of defaulted payment customer will be made subject to debt collection. Currently the debt collection fee is 180 SEK. Payson reserves the right, in individual cases, refuse the delivery and review the client’s creditworthiness.

Information on pledge
When paying by PaysonFaktura the invoice will be pledged to Payson and then to Svea Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.

Payment with Payson is safe and easy. Even if you don’t have a Payson account, you can complete your transaction swiftly thru Payson. Payson collaborates with Visa, MasterCard and all Swedish banks offering direct payment, Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea and Danske Bank. Your card information will be sent directly to your bank and cannot be read by another bank. No extra fees are charged for card payments, in accordance with laws in effect from 1st August 2010 by the Swedish Ministry of Finance.

5) Delivery

Orders are generally sent via the postal service within 2-3 bank days after order placement. If the customer wishes to send his/her parcel by, for example, express delivery they need to contact iMagen AB after having placed the order. Extra fees apply individually.

Note that the parcels are sent from the island of Gotland, Sweden. This may add a day or two for the parcel in the mail.

6) Discount coupons

Discount coupons, when available, are available in a limited number, for a limited period of time, and only once (1) per customer.

7) Right to withdraw and Returns

As a private consumer, you usually have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 7 weekdays from receiving your goods, according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).

To ensure the safety of the customers using our product we have chosen to refer to chapter 2 §4 point 2 in the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59). The ordinance of the right to withdraw in §9-16 do not apply when the product, due to its nature, cannot be returned.

Since the hygienic quality of our product is of the utmost importance to iMagen AB and our customers, we have to be able to guarantee the factory seal of the tablets from production and packaging, to consumer. Thus, we refer to the nature of our product Xylaktas with packaging when declaring our product as a NON-refundable and NON-returnable item. Any future products that are not included in the previous statement will be listed below.

8) Damaged goods

Damaged goods are to be reported immediately to iMagen AB and the postal service. Send an email with your details and a photo of the damaged goods to info@imagen.se, so iMagen AB can replace unusable product.

9) Excusable breach of contract / Force Majeure

If unpredictable major events (force majeure events) that prohibit iMagen AB’s daily business (such as war, natural disaster, strike, lock-out, state/federal mandate, or serious circumstances that could not reasonably have been foreseen and that iMagen AB has no part of or is in notcontrol of), both iMagen AB and its private consumers are freed from the obligations in the previously stated binding orders.
