These purchase terms apply when you, as a consumer, make a purchase through our website. By completing a purchase, you accept our terms and our privacy policy. We also reserve the right to correct any typographical or printing errors on the website, in advertisements, and other media.

  1. Prices and VAT

All prices are stated in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in VAT, exchange rates, or supplier prices.

  1. Payment via Qliro

We offer secure payment through Qliro AB, which provides:

  • Invoice (Sweden, Finland, Denmark)
  • Card payment
  • Direct bank transfer

By choosing Swish, the payment recipient will be listed as Q*iMagen.se, indicating that Qliro handles the payment on behalf of iMagen.se.

  1. Delivery

Delivery Time: 1–5 business days.
Please note that items are shipped from Gotland, which may result in additional delivery time. We typically deliver via PostNord. Other shipping carriers can be arranged upon customer request at an additional cost. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before confirming the purchase.

  • Free shipping within Sweden.
  • 100 SEK shipping fee within the EU.
  1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a private consumer, you generally have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt, according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59). However, this right does not apply to products that cannot be returned due to their nature. Since Xylaktas tablets are classified as dietary supplements and are food products, we cannot guarantee their purity and safety once opened. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to our products.

If we introduce products where this exception does not apply, they will be listed below.

  1. Complaints

Please contact us as soon as possible and include photos and your order number.

  1. Refunds

Upon approval of a complaint, the amount will be refunded as agreed with the customer.

  1. Uncollected Packages

For uncollected packages, we charge a fee of 100 SEK to cover shipping and handling costs.

  1. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, we follow decisions from:

  • Sweden: The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN)
  • Finland: The Consumer Disputes Board
  • Denmark: The Consumer Complaints Board

  1. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen major events that hinder the company’s operations (such as war, natural disasters, labor disputes, government decisions, or similar circumstances that could not reasonably have been anticipated and for which iMagen AB is not responsible), both the company and the customer are released from their obligations under the purchase agreement.
